The process takes 5 simple steps

Put 25g of medium-coarse ground coffee in the basket between the two special filters

Pour water into the tank up to the handy level mark

Adjust the dripping using the appropriate valve
(30/40 drops/minute)

Enjoy the cold extraction ritual
(about 4 hours for 400ml of coffee extract)
