The BRRREWER’s principle is as simple as it is crucial: the slow dripping of cold water on the ground coffee extracts each aromatic compound through a process in which time plays a fundamental role.
The tower structure
The tower structure is made of a frame that supports a water tank equipped with a special valve to adjust the dripping easily and precisely, providing a delicate extraction that emphasizes every scent in the cup. Read more
The borosilicate glass carafe holds a basket that stores the ground coffee, in between two innovative reusable filters. This process results in a special micro filtering membrane that simulates paper by permeating the water through capillarity and spreading it evenly on the ground coffee without creating channels. Their very dense mesh filters the coffee to perfection, for an extraordinarily clear and silky texture.
The process takes 5 simple steps
1 Put 25g of medium-coarse ground coffee in the basket between the two special filters
2 Pour water into the tank up to the handy level mark
3 Adjust the dripping using the appropriate valve (30/40 drops/minute)
4 Enjoy the cold extraction ritual (about 4 hours for 400ml of coffee extract)
5 The coffee is ready to drink or to be used for a thousand creative recipes… enjoy!
